Who Are We?

Bredon Hill Consultancy was set up by Kirstie Cutler to provide quality training in customer care; first line management and communications.  We work with organisations to establish specific learning objectives and then design learning and development activities to suit all types of learners.

The Team

Kirstie Cutler is the Proprietor of Bredon Hill Consultancy with over 15 years experience of working in financial services and other service organisations.  She has worked in a number of roles, which means that she can relate to most work situations.  Her particular style is to deliver practical, interactive learning that can be easily applied in the workplace.  Kirstie is also the primary NVQ assessor within Bredon Hill Consultancy.  She is a member of the Chartered Inurance Institute, Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, British Psychological Society and Institute of Assessors and Verifiers.

Sharon Russell (Associate)
With a  background in financial services and experience of varying management and training roles, Sharon has a proven track record in leadership and management training.  Her style is enthusiastic, friendly and approachable, providing a comfortable learning atmosphere.

Paul Willcock (Associate)
Paul is a specialist NVQ Assessor and trainer in subjects such as Customer Service, Insurance (now Retail Financial Services), Business and Administration, Management.  He delivers training and assesses learners of all ages and varying levels.  He is a licentiate member of the Institute of Assessors and Verifiers.  Paul is also a kung fu black belt.

Cathy Butcher (Associate)
Cathy is a learning consultant and trainer with experience at both strategic and operational level for a wide range of large, multi-site customer focused businesses.    These include building societies, insurance companies and large retailers.  Cathy is another Bredon Hill associate who is qualified to deliver training and assess NVQs.  She is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Devlopment.

Sam White (Associate)
Sam is an NVQ assessor, internal verifier and training consultant with significant management experience, particularly in a financial services environment.  Her recent assessmnet and verification experience includes management, learning & development, customer service, business and administration, information technology, retail financial services and contact centres.  Sam is a member of the Chartered Insurance Institute.
